Created in close collaboration with both the Hammond Organ Company, of Chicago, Illinois, and Suzuki Musical Instruments Mfg. of Hamamatsu, Japan, the Hammond B-3X instrument captures the authentic sound and vibe of the legendary Hammond B-3, with a comprehensive, wholistic approach. The end result delivers the full sonic impact that this legendary organ has made on generations of musicians and modern music as we know it.

Combining this groundbreaking sound with a full rig FX chain including stomp effects, a full Leslie rotary cabinet with multiple microphones, a variety of mix-and-match power amp and cabinet models, a parallel guitar amp with 4×12 cabinet, a full mixer and even post-mixer effects, to completely recreate the entire signal path and character of these instruments, as used across the history of modern music.

Hammond B-3X Update 1.3
New presets from Jordan Rudess and more for Mac/PC and iOS.

We are excited to announce a new update to Hammond B-3X for both the Mac/PC and iPad versions. We heard your requests for a preset sharing function, so we developed it! Now you can import and export presets between the desktop and iPad versions of Hammond B-3X. Along with this addition comes minor fixes as well as an exciting addition from our friend, Jordan Rudess.

Jordan Rudess recently took the stage with Deep Purple for a festival performance in Mexico City using Hammond B-3X as their sole organ instrument. With great success, the Hammond B-3X fit seamlessly into the performance, nailing every organ sound the band has built their sound upon. Jordan and IK product manager, Erik Norlander, created 24 custom presets for the show with the idea to also release them to all Hammond B-3X users.
